Hi, I’m Jen Policky
As a graduate of the Integral Counseling Psychology Master’s Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS), I a passionate about integrating science, psychology, and spirituality to support my clients’ growth and healing.
With 25 years experience in the biotech industry, and a passion for neuroscience. I bring a unique perspective to therapy. My background in science and systems thinking deeply informs my understanding of the mind-body connection and how our biology, environment, and relationships shape who we are and how we relate to those around us.
My journey into therapy has been shaped by both professional and personal experiences. Through my own process of healing childhood wounds, I learned just how valuable therapy can be.
As I navigated my own path toward self-understanding and resilience, I developed a deep for both myself and for others who perceive and experience the world differently.
I work with individual adults who are seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional healing.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating:

My Approach
My approach is holistic, compassionate, and client-centered. With a background in genomics, neuroscience, and physiology, I bring a unique perspective to the therapeutic process. I integrate science with humanistic and somatic modalities such as Gestalt, Hakomi, and relational therapy, emphasizing the connection between mind and body.
My work centers on mindful, embodied self-exploration. Together, we pay attention to the physical and emotional experiences that arise in the present moment. These experiences can illuminate long-held patterns, protective strategies, and parts of yourself that may be asking for recognition, healing, or new ways of relating.
Therapy becomes a collaborative process of noticing, integrating, and creating space for your most authentic and aligned self to emerge.
